Rhiannon is a spirits educator, bar operations specialist, and licensed tour guide with a rare blend of creativity, precision, and historical insight. With over 15 years of experience behind the bar and behind the scenes, she brings a versatile skill set to the table—balancing high-level beverage knowledge with hands-on expertise in service, training, logistics, and storytelling.
A certified specialist of spirits with distinction from WSET and credentials from institutions like BAR-5, the Stave & Thief Society, and the Society of Wine Educators, Rhiannon’s knowledge is both deep and global. She’s not only certified—she’s celebrated. Named one of Imbibe Magazine’s “75 People and Places That Will Shape the Way You Drink in 2022,” she has also contributed to books, podcasts, and press coverage of cocktail culture and beverage trends.
Rhiannon’s strength lies in connecting concept to execution. She excels at translating a venue’s mission—whether rooted in local culture, historical reference, or social values—into drink menus, staff experiences, and guest interactions that are memorable and manageable. Whether creating a streamlined bar program, curating a purposeful back bar selection, or coaching a new team on service flow, her approach is thoughtful, efficient, and rooted in hospitality.
As the founder of Savarin, Rhiannon offers consulting services that combine business acumen with storytelling flair. From bar catering and event staffing to onsite cocktail classes and beverage history tours, her work is equal parts education and entertainment.
